The frequency of injections of any of the below energy boosters depends on your overall health. This will be determined after a consultation with one of our doctors. In some cases, it may be necessary to do a blood test to determine this.

B Vitamin Complex Injection
Absorbing B-vitamin, especially B12, gets more difficult as we get older. As B12 is found in mostly meat and diary product, vegetarians and especially vegans will need a supplement of B-vitamin complex. Depending on your situation, the injection should be done once a week, twice a month or once a month.
This vitamin injection is via Intra Muscular route injection.
C Vitamin Injection
Having a deficiency in C-vitamin can cause scurvy. This results in general weakness, anemia, gum disease, and skin hemorrhages. C-vitamins help the production of collagen that keeps your skin looking younger. It can also suppress the formation of dark spots after sun exposure.ย C-vitamin will also increase your body immune system and higher doses are also believed to have properties of antihistamine.
