Laser Mole Removal
Stop Connecting The Dots
Most moles are nothing to worry about. But occasionally a physician will recommend that a mole be removed because itโs at risk of developing into cancer. In still other cases, a patient may wish to have a mole removed because of cosmetic reasons or because itโs located in a spot where itโs in the way. If moles removal is in your future, there are several ways in which it may be taken off. Laser removal, which is offered by Rejuvie Clinic Bali, is a great option for patients seeking a less invasive treatment. Laser removal also minimizes the chance of infection and speeds healing.
How It works?
After the doctor has examined the mole an anesthetic will in some cases be used either by topical cream or injection. Some moles are so small and not deep enough, that this is not necessary. A laser is used to heat the cells or tissue in order to cutย them or burst them. The laser beam is absorbed by the pigment of the mole, which then is broken up and absorbed by the body during healing. Because the laser seals the blood vessels, there is no need for stitches. Immediately after the treatment the area usually turns darker, this fades away quickly and the mole will โfall offโ after 4-7 days.
